After a great minibreak in Sydney we left yesterday (I think - still not sure what day it is) and headed for London town.
Business Class was fantastic... until, that is, a Qantas plane had a technical issue and those feckers were put on our plane. Thanks Qantas... love your work! So we ended up in premium economy for the second leg. We thought we were hard done by, so we took a wander down to cattle class to see the difference... and boy is there a difference!
So we sucked it up and and, before we knew it, we were landing in good ole London town! And, quelle surprise, it was raining!!! British summer never changes!! It's not cold, though, and we're only here for a day. Alicante is due to be in the 30's and sunny, though, so bring it on (6:30am departure tomorrow).
Right now we're off into London before heading to Gatwick Airport later today.
